The doctor accepted our appointment with only one stipulation and that was to have any deductible ready. They came out to my home after telling me they would call 15 minutes before their arrival for the "afternoon" appointment time. They couldn't allow for a specific appointment window, say 1-2pm or even noon-2pm; the appointment had to be in the afternoon and that was the narrowest of windows they could offer.
