I started seeing Pat back in 2013. She is the only therapist that ever helped me. More recently, she saved me and my kids by helping us navigate after a terrible trauma. She is amazing. 5 stars, highly recommend!

Pat never realized during the 11 years of marriage counseling that my husband is a narcissist?! I even said I suspected he was and was told he isn't because he empathizes. Turns out faking empathy is a thing they do! She also told me I couldn't have the same lifestyle that I enjoy now if I left him...sounds just like things he has said to me!!
