I appreciate Dr. Kirby and her staff is wonderful.
Receptionist (Tameeka) was extremely rude, had an appointment made and I was promised to get in within a week as I was told there was no waiting for new patients from my provider who personally texted Dr. Kirby and communicated I could get right in to see her due to my urgent need. When I called Dr. Kirbys office they told me they could not do that so apt was made for 2 weeks later which I was willing to wait since Dr. Kirby had very high regard from my provider who was a colleague of hers. Dr. Kirby is humble and kind. I'm grateful for her and her practice.
I'm so thankful for a friend that referred me to Dr Kirby. She is the perfect fit for me. The entire office staff is so kind and caring. They really care and take the time to help anyway they can. Recently my father was diagnosed with cancer and passed away within months. The staff worked with me to reschedule and was so thoughtful during the process. I refer her with total confidence.
