Miserable individual, no bedside manner. I get the feeling that the entire staff is afraid of her as well. She was demeaning and yelling at her assistant the whole time and acted as though I was inconveniencing her.
This so-called "dentist" must have gotten her "DDS" out of a Cracker Jack box. I had one of my teeth filled by her and the filling literally crumbled out in a few hours! I had to go to a _real_ dentist to fix "Dr." Mercuri's "handiwork." Also, this "qualified dentist" said that I needed to have "missing teeth" filled, but when I asked where (since I have only had three teeth pulled in my entire life) the condescending racist b**** said "Right there," (like she was talking to a f***ing 3-year old) pointing to a gap in my fron... read more
Apparently didn't study "gentle dentistry". Excessively rough, poor work. Highly do NOT recommend!
Only got to speak with the receptionist..awful experience..nasty!Thank goodness we didn't go. if that was the dress rehearsal who would stick around for the show..
