I called, left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and never received a callback. I was referred by a Psychiatrist. I really wanted therapy. The fact that I did not receive a phone call from this office was a red flag for me. And on the recording when you call the office; it says to not leave a second message because it will flood the message line, WHAT! Red flag. Best of luck whoever can get in.
The therapist we have appointments with is Dr. Tjersland. He is a wonderful clinician with helpful and caring advice. He is a great listener and gives his patients A+ sound advice and guidance. Highly Recommend.
No one EVER picks up OR CALLS BACK! I’ve called WEEKS apart after the VM says “someone will return your call in 24hrs”- NO THEY DONT!!!!!!!!
I love shay and Cathy. Shay always makes sure my medication is helping me and Cathy always calls me back in a timely manner. I've been with Dr. King since I was 14. That's 20 years. They are an amazing team and always make sure im safe and have my medications
All the negative reviews you see on here are completely right. This place has completely gone downhill lately. Prices go up quality of service goes down. Go figure. Don’t try calling the office. They’re not gonna call you back that day That’s absolutely for sure. You can call all day it don’t matter you’re gonna get the same voicemail that says the same thing It’s like they scream their calls If you’re looking for a new provider, you might wanna look elsewhere as I am in the process.
