I have been going to this practice for several years. Dr. King treated my daughter for her medical needs when she was in elementary and middle school over 2 decades before I sought her for my care. I have always received excellent care with visits and meds. I also received counseling from therapists at this office during very difficult seasons of my life. I have had nothing but great service from this office. You might have to leave a message, I have always got a call back the same day. I have never had any problems with appointments or medications. I have recommended this practice to many people and will continue to do so. Shay and Cathy are a great team. It is a shame the only time people leave a review is when they do not get there way or have one bad experience.

Posted operations time not same as actual operation time. Online says 9-5. We were told receptionist left at 12 and won't be back until Monday. Needed to pick up an important note for my mother.

I called, left a voicemail to schedule an appointment and never received a callback. I was referred by a Psychiatrist. I really wanted therapy. The fact that I did not receive a phone call from this office was a red flag for me. And on the recording when you call the office; it says to not leave a second message because it will flood the message line, WHAT! Red flag. Best of luck whoever can get in.
