Friendly staff very helpful. Dr Harris make sure all needs are met.
This office is an absolute joke! Avoid at all cost. My daughter had an appointment this morning and we show up and the office was closed. “Emergency conference” they said. This appointment was made 10 days ago! This is typical. Dr Harris isn’t in on Fridays, so this smells like an emergency trip to Cancun!! Also good luck getting them to handle a specialist referral for you!! Their lab isn’t in network either, even though she’s the PCP
Patricia Harris is a horrible person & even a worse doctor, who does not listen to her patients to be able to give them the help they request or need. It has taken 2 1/2 months before they sent my referral in. The manager is rude, it took me having my insurance tell them something that I was trying to tell them before they would even listen
I went to this provider almost two weeks ago. The office staff scheduled an appointment for 9:30 am and the doctor would not be there until 1030 am . Which I did not know before the appointment. I called the week before and let the office staff know exactly what I would need. Doctor goes to nursing home on Thursday mornings. I needed Medicine refill and referral for PT and referral back to my surgeon. I never got. Plus she brought her old dog to work. Dr. Harris was exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Dr. Harris and her team for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.
