An organization that gets political on recent events with out even waiting for facts to be released is not an organization to spend funds on. Welcome to 2020, where criminals get glorified and organizations like Meriter throws their police under the buss.
So I don’t want my experience to reflect the facility as a whole, the staff and nurses i encountered were AWESOME! however my experience with Dr. Andrews left me walking back to my vehicle in tears. I appreciated the little effort she did, but there was not nearly enough compassion for dealing with a patient with a history of sexual abuse, she was a complete stranger to me until yesterday (and really still is). After her water broke, my niece was told to go home and not come back until she was ready to push, because they had no beds. Didn’t offer anything for pain, and made them feel completely alone. This is her first pregnancy and it was a horrible experience. Decided to go to a different birthing center last minute. Do not recommend.

RecommendedAmazing facility with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were in and out in no time and were very pleased with the service that we received. If we ever have any future health needs, UnityPoint will be our go to facility 👍
I been waiting two hour's in the er. I got told no to a breathing treatment. Now going to another hospital.
