Don’t waste your time. Waited an hour in the room for her. Had to reschedule for another day and with with another Dr.

I love Dr. Capote, my daughter had been coughing for two months and all the other doctors from south Texas pediatrics in stone kepts saying it was allergies and gave her so many uncessary medicines. They kept saying to go back in another two weeks over and over again, well my daughter ended up with fever and would not get any better, fortunately when I took on a weekend Dr.Capote was there she found ear infection, throat infection and wheezing. I don't know how this woman is a Doctor. She is a mess appearance wise and very unprofessional. She does not answer questions, or listen to what you have to say. Keeps parents waiting while she spends most of her time out in the hallway on her computer. She kept us waiting 45 minutes, while she was right outside our door. Doesn't know how to read a shot record apparently. She said my son did not need shots and then he was refused school enrollment, so I had to go back and demand his shots.

She rushes through appointments and does not take time to listen to parent concerns. She was visibly anxious when I started to ask an array of questions and started to inch closer to the door to leave. She said she was going to make a note in her system and would come back but never did. She is not put together and disheveled. She is also hard to understand with a heavy accent. The office is more of a clinic rather than a orofessinal dr. office.
