Waiting time with an appointment is beyond ridiculous. Be prepared to wait for 38-60mins. Staff is friendly and courteous. Still you will be evaluated in 10mins or less. Not sure how much quality care you can be provided in this short time. Even if you are a new patient diagnosed in less time than their waiting time is questionable at best.
The front desk staff is extremely rude. Refused to see my daughter because I didn't have a physical insurance card as I am waiting for one in the mail. Mind you at the time that I made the appointment I let them know this over the phone and they said it was fine as long as I had the member id. When I got there I pulled up my daughter's insurance on navinet to show them that it was active and she kept on telling me that they needed a physical card to verify that it was active.
