I’m a new patient here, and even though I saw a lot of reviews saying they never answer the phone, my experience has been the complete opposite. Every time I’ve called, they’ve picked up — just make sure you press 1 to reach the office. My new‑patient appointment was about 2.5 months out, but they put me on the cancellation list and actually called me, getting me in six weeks sooner. I went to see Dr Merritt for my hypothyroidism. At first I loved her. She sent me for blood work. When the results came back her nurse called me to set up a virtual appointment for the results. I have never had to have a 2nd appointment for my blood results. Regardless, I scheduled it. She called with just a tad increase in my medication. Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. Even as a Dr.'s office, we aren't able to get anyone to pick up. Ever.
