I went to see Dr Merritt for my hypothyroidism. At first I loved her. She sent me for blood work. When the results came back her nurse called me to set up a virtual appointment for the results. I have never had to have a 2nd appointment for my blood results. Regardless, I scheduled it. She called with just a tad increase in my medication. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone or return your call! Unacceptable.
Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. Even as a Dr.'s office, we aren't able to get anyone to pick up. Ever.
