I have been seeing Dr. Burford for over 10 years for my bone density issues. She is smart, thoughtful and explains results with such clarity. I always feel like I have a say in my own health care plan. She listens. It is true her office staff has not always been easy to work with. But her new person is much more friendly. I still give Dr. Burford 5 stars!

Dr. Burford herself if an excellent doctor who I've been seeing for my thyroid cancer for 8 years. However, her office has become increasingly difficult to work with. Nothing is done online or with my chart and frequently in the past 6 months to get anything done requires multiple phone calls and persistence on my end. I have made the unfortunate decision to start over with a new endocrinologist due to my time not being respected.
