I wish I had read the reviews before going to this doctor! I was referred to this clinic to be evaluated because my right ear constantly feels plugged, and I hear a high-pitched ringing noise. I was hoping it was simply a wax buildup, but after looking in my ear with the same type of scope my PCP used, Dr. Patete said my ear was clean and referred me to an audiologist. Excellent for ears nose and throat.
Well let’s start off by saying the doctor is wonderful and kind and is a great person But the billing lady is mean and horrible and omg I read the reviews on this lady from others whoever said dragon lady is so correct she is most definitely horrible
Horrible place the doctor is great the billing lady is the most rudest person I have ever talked too she needs fired never in my life have I ever been so disrespected ever just so we are clear the doctor is wonderful and great this billing lady is horrible worse ever I met or talked you in 50 years the best advice I can give you and anyone else is to find another place are scheduled your appt when she isn’t there and lady of your reading this you are the most hateful person and rudeness person I have ever known
