The receptionist Bhrutika is very helpful and cooperative
Dr patel is so good , but the receptionist is totally wierd , she dont know how to answer phone calls very rude , you are talking and she is in rush to end the calls , disgusting ,,, no manners hoe to talk to patients.
I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic on two consecutive days. I called ahead both times and was told they were accepting walk-ins, so I went there within half an hour, only to be told they weren’t taking any walk-ins that day. This happened two days in a row, causing a lot of inconvenience. To make matters worse, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional.she hung up the phone without even listening to my concern. Worst doctor out their. Won't even help someone gain weight and calls you a lier. I'll never be going back and will be getting a new family doctor
Dr. Kalpana & Dr. Rajnikant Patel both are very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. Both are very polite and ready to listen before prescribing any med.
