Arrived a few minutes late to my appointment and was denied service, despite the fact that patients are often expected to wait long periods for the doctor. If a medical office demands strict punctuality from patients, they should apply the same standard to themselves. There is no flexibility or understanding, which makes for a frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.
I met with Dr. DeSantis and I couldn’t be more thankful. He was so prepared and reviewed everything in advance, he explained everything with such an expertise and precision, it was like poetry.
