Mayo Clinic and Dr. Shawki office has been a lifesaver for me! We’ve been nine months trying to heal what was caused by a regular G.I. doctor in Oklahoma City, performed needle injection going through my intestinal wall. Dr. Shawki is very confident, knowledgeable and patient. Jenna and his entire office has been nothing but 100% efficient and very helpful! I don’t think I would’ve been here. Had I not came to Mayo Clinic at the advice of another colorectal surgeon in Oklahoma City.
This place is amazing! Staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive to my needs. I was shocked that I got so many appointments so quickly with specialists and immediate test results on the portal with follow up calls. I highly recommend this facility!
Had a Horrible experuence with CRNA, Viqar Mohammed, he was very vulgar and disrespectful to me.
The level of care here. Not just the facility, but the staff. I've been through my fair share of medical facilities (I'm middle age now), and I've been to places that were great, and places that saw me as a paycheck. Mayo has treated me with respect, and they run a tight ship. The doctors are friendly, ask questions, and I feel like their focus is on getting to the root cause and finding solutions.
