After much thought, I've decided to leave this practice and leave this review, which is incredibly disappointing because we truly appreciated the psychiatrist. Unfortunately, the repeated behavior of the front office staff has made it impossible to continue receiving care here. The office management is unprofessional and, extremely disrespectful. My experience aligns with the concerns raised in previous reviews. It is also concerning to see what appears to be a self-posted 4-star review intended to offset the overall rating, rather than directly addressing patient feedback. In that same response, there is mention of a “new office manager who brings compassion,” yet the review was written by Deborah, the new office manager herself. This clinic does not care about its patients. My wife had been trying to get help here for over 9 month. She Needed help. And they gave us a letter refusing to see her after 2 appointments because she left early from one and over a handful of phonecalls. I dont think its surprising, someone seeking psychiatric help is unstable at times. I dont know how their complaints directed at my wife were not interpreted as proof of the fact that she needed them. The staff is friendly, helpful, and do their best to accommodate patients. Dr Maddali really supports her patients, and has helped my wife out of depression and into being happy, and always with a friendly smile.
