The office management is unprofessional and, extremely disrespectful. My experience aligns with the concerns raised in previous reviews. It is also concerning to see what appears to be a self-posted 4-star review intended to offset the overall rating, rather than directly addressing patient feedback. I’m absolutely devastated that I have to quit seeing my trusted psychiatrist that I have been seeing since I was a freshmen in High-school. Dr Maddali is an amazing doctor, but her office team is an absolute joke. I have been a patient of hers for six years and after today I won’t be going back due to her lousy unempathetic front desk staff. Should be 0 stars…Absolutely ridiculous service. DO NOT go there if you want good service. The front desk is an absolute mess and super disrespectful. My wife was 10 mins late to her psychiatrist appointment due to traffic on US 1 and was yelled at by the front desk refusing to see her even though she was willing to wait. Front desk is joke for people that are supposed to work with psych patients. Spent 6 months trying to get an appointment. The front desk is still zero help. So if you’ve read prior reviews nothing has changed. Office manager is not a nice lady. Had me run all over town getting medical records and still refuses to give me an appointment. They claim to be accepting new patients but they are not. Do yourself and your mental health a favor and go somewhere else. This office sucks.
If you're not liberal, don't go here! You'll be lectured on how ignorant you are by the doctor! Staff does not answer the phone, they are rude and they don't follow up. Look anywhere else for psychiatric care, this office will add to your stress. I'd give zero stars if I could.
