I've been coming to Dr. Pal for a few years now. She understands well how other health conditions and treatments affect your vision. My medical history is complex but she was up for the challenge of helping me maintain and even improve my eyesight. I'm glad I found her.

Dr. Pal and her staff are always professional and knowledgeable. Have been a patient for many years. I have recommended her to family and friends who have thanked me because they also have had a great experience.

Dr. Pal is a very articulate physician who is excellent at explaining conditions diplomatically and answering questions. The staff is very professional. My only criticism is that it was difficult to schedule an initial appointment, since the calendar was full, but I volunteered to be available on standby and got a standby appointment in about 2 weeks. When I later had an urgent appointment (because of a concern about a bad reaction to a medication), I was able to get in within 24 hours.
They must be pretty good - because I couldn't get through to them on the phone. Guess I'll never know.
Hard to book an appointment. Does not take any emergency appointment from her current patients immediately. I feel like the staff was very unpleasant with me and did not like me.
Dr. Pal and her entire staff were absolutely stellar from start to finish. They were prompt, informative and friendly. Dr. Pal herself is an absolute delight and made me feel that my issue was important. She took care of my problem with expertise and kindness. I'd recommend this doctor and her office to anyone!
