Bad doctor. Bad experience.
Due to her actions during my labor and delivery, my son now has cerebral palsy and will always have struggles in life.
Dr Gupta just performed surgery on my wife and was on the phone with my wife during her hospital stay and kept her informed. Sometimes she gave my wife information before the nurses even knew. She kept up on my wife's status all weekend long and made a few visits that were comforting.
Awful experience with Dr Parul Gupta. The staff is rude, disorganized and incompetent. You're likely to sit in the waiting room for hours for a simple office visit. One one occasion, they literally forgot about me. I waited 90 minutes; finally went back up and they acted surprised that I was still waiting. Then two receptionists got into an argument about it in front of me. In terms of Dr Gupta herself, you're just a social security number. She's very impersonal and not trustworthy. Fake.
Terrible service. I had a nerve conduction test in 2014 and his office didn't send the results to my physician. I've repeatedly called and cannot get through to a live person. Urgent messages have gone unanswered. Poor bedside manner. Great RECEPTIONISTS. Dirty office.
