My wife received a phone call from Advanced Dentistry of Dayton on October 20th about payment for my wife's had periodontal cleaning done in JANUARY. This is the first time we heard about it. No statements or contact prior to this and unfortunately my wife had reached her insurance maximum since it wasn't submitted by ADD in SETEMBER.
