I've been a long term patient/customer at this location. I have never had any issues with doctors or the nurse practitioners but the office staff, Marie Dress and Layla are very rude and inconsiderate to patient/customer gripes. I recently had a billing issue and the way it was handled was poor. I had a preventive care visit which would have been free. I was sent a letter telling me I was due for a visit. First, I would like to say I loved the NP Pam. She was funny and understanding. I never saw a doctor, I had to request one for an Ob visit because as a new patient I had never seen any of the doctors. Most of the front office staff is less than friendly and personal conversations are sometimes inappropriate. I was charged an insane amount of money to have my blood drawn which my insurance didn't cover because there was also a lab bill. We've use Haddon Pediatrics for 6 years. My wife loves it. We have 3 children, including a preemie and a child on the autism spectrum. They have been good to us over the years.

I love this doctor's office. The Dr's and Np's that I had are very nice. When I have well visits scheduled we don't have to wait for longer then 5 minutes. We do have to wait longer for a sick visit but that's only because they accomodate everyone and schedule appts for everyone. I went to this office when I was a kid and I would hope that my kids will bring thier children here too.

i went to this office being a new person to the area. i was recommended by someone to go here who said they were "great" but trust me they are far from that. The office is crowded, the nurses are really rude, and have NO IDEA what they are doing. I went in for a sick visit and the nurse there gave me the wrong height for my child. they are very disorganized. The doctor that we had she was ok, but still felt that she lacked knowledge in a lot of areas. save the time and aggravation going here it is not worth it.
