Puredental always provides excellent dental care. The staff is always very attentive & personable. I've been a patient for over 14 years and look forward to every visit twice a year.
Edited in response: Be that as it may, he should have been presented with this information and allowed to make an informed decision. I am in healthcare myself. Self determination and informed consent are incredibly important ethical principles. The money owed isn't even that much, but I will advocate for patient education EVERY time. I have a phobia about dentists and have had a mostly positive experience the times I have gone to Pure Dental. I haven't been a patient that long but my husband has. He also has had a great experience there. I'm posting this review now, not about the dental staff, but about the office/billing staff and in response to other reviews mentioning the cash grab philosophy. Dr. Vaughn did a great job on my filling. A great experience from start to finish finish.
I've known Dr. Vaughn for almost 30 years. I feel very qualified to speak about this man's character. He is one of the more genuine, thoughtful, and compassionate people I've known. He is very down to earth and is extremely hard working. He is motivated not by greed but by offering his patients the highest quality care at an affordable price. He is one of the good guys and comes highly recommended!
