I’ve been going to this office for several years now. I was having no problems until a couple of years ago when Dr. Dandona quit going to the office. Now you see a Fellow who talks to you and then at the end of your medical visit he puts Dr. Dandona on the phone and he tells you what he’s going to do for you. My last “visit” with Dr. Dandona was on May 27, 2025. That was a video phone call. Incredible physician with a great team. The triage phone dept. is always stellar, compassionate, and caring; everyone that works there on the front end patient relation side of things is phenomenal really. If you're looking into this practice, give it a chance. Can't speak for everyone but I can say I'm of the opinion he's a bit of a miracle worker.
DO NOT GO HERE!! Dr dandona will cancel your appointments and then blame you for not showing up!! DO NOT GO HERE!! They will leave you hanging!!
Most of my drs are ubmd drs. I have many autoimmune issues and will continue to get more. So I wanted to stick with ubmd when I started to have thyroid issues. DONT GO HERE this place was rude, never new what was going on bc notes weren't taking. The nurse practioner didn't listen to anything I had to say When I tried to tell the office what was going on it took 3 wks to get back to me and the dr I had a conversation with could care a less. So, this is the third or fourth time I have "visited" with Dr. Dandona. Here's how it works: You make an appointment with UBMD to see Dr. Dandona and you actually see one of his assistants, who will then speak with you, leave the room, and come back with an iPhone, then have either a video or audio call with him via that iPhone at the office.
