Great experience. Very professional, clean environment and great customer service.
Service and Quality are just not what it used to be. They only care about the dollar! I started coming here when Dr. Parekh was still around. I was appreciate of his honesty and never felt like it was about making a dollar. That has completely changed with new ownership. My husband had a filling on a front tooth repaired yesterday. It was 10 min from beginning to end without freezing. He was charged almost $500. Staff doesn't seem to be caring. Terrible service. You are in time, then they let you wait for 45 minutes, you are 15 minutes late, they won't take you in and do any work, ask you to reschedule your appointment.
I have been going to Dr. Parekh for over 20 years in Alliston. Recently there was a miscommunication regarding some work I needed done. When I raised my concern regarding the quote, Dr. Hundal and the staff handled the situation with integrity and respect for me as a 'customer'. I truly appreciate this honesty as it seems to be a rare commodity of late. You have earned my continued loyalty. Thank you.
