I took my daughter for the removal of her wisdom teeth to North Sound. My daughter was very nervous about getting her wisdom teeth done. The office staff could sense her nervousness and were very helpful calming her nerves. What a very professional and friendly office staff! Dr.Brar was amazing ! He helped ease the nervousness of my daughter. He explained the procedure and answered all the question my daughter had. He explained the post surgery care in a manner that was easy to understand. I would like to thank Dr. Brar and the staff at North Sound Oral and Facial Surgery for making my wisdom teeth removal such a positive experience. Their website was very informative. The office was brand new and very clean. Dr. Brar was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was friendly, experienced, compassionate, and thorough. I was given medical supplies and prescriptions prior to my surgery so I would be comfortable during my recovery period. I recommend North Sound to all my

If you have any choice to go somewhere else, DO IT. These people don't know what they are doing. They can't answer simple questions about wisdom teeth extraction, they don't give you all the information you need to know about your surgery, and not to mention the nurses and reception ladies were extremely rude and unwelcoming. Like I said before, if you can go somewhere else, seriously do it.

The front office staff (reception) was extremely rude , very snarky , didn't seem interested in helping to get checked in and gave a lot of attitude. I would not recommend anyone I know to give them your business . The back of the house dental assisitance were very nice and pull all of the weight for this oral surgery office . I feel that this facility needs to train both reception ladies on customer service and manners .

Beautiful office, with the finest, modern equipment. I was worked in immediately for dental pain when my dentist couldn't figure out how to help me. My jaw was growing bone splinters from old wisdom tooth extraction sites. Dr Brar went to work immediately finding and removing the splinters. He is personable, professional, thorough and compassionate. A fantastic experience all around. Oh! And the whole thing was under $100!

Dr. Brar and his staff went out of their way to find out my insurance benefits prior to my appointment and give me a detailed estimate before I came to the office. The doctor spent extra time speaking with me and explaining my procedure. I have been to several oral surgery offices in the past where I was not given as much attention as I was here.

I guess it's just me but I have NEVER had to pay for a dental procedure BEFORE it was performed ! It's demeaning and I found it offensive, as if perhaps I was unable or for some reason wouldn't pay the Doctor for his service. It feels like I'm guilty and need to prove my innocence. Very poor business practice. It turned a routine visit into an attack on my dignity. For the record, I OWN the home I live in. Both my cars are paid for, as is my boat and my tractor. Credit score over 840.
