The doctor might be good but the people working at the desk can be very rude and don’t bother coming in time or early because all you do is wait I am still waiting for an echo it is 601pm I was scheduled along with another person at 445 absolutely uncalled for ridiculous rude inconsiderate of our personal time. I will be looking. For a new Doctor ASAP. THIS IS THE SECOND AMD LAST TIME THIS WILL HAPPEN TO ME!!!!
I started with another cardiologist in the same building which left for a better job. He sent me to Dr.Parag who with out him and my first doctor wouldn’t be here. They saved my life
I had an appointment today 3/3/2022@11AM. I rearranged my PT appointment for this visit. I arrive early and am informed that my visit is scheduled for 3/31/2022 @12:30PM. I tell the receptionist that my appointment said 3/3/2022 which is what I put in my day timer and which was on my appointment card. Do you have the card with you? terrible-he does not listen! prescribes recalled meds his staff is horrible,and his wait times are disrespectful
Dr Patel is a good physician but the wait time in his office is unacceptable. We are currently waiting over an hour since our scheduled appointment and there are still several people ahead of us. Staff offers no explanation for the problem and states this is “normal”.
