Dr. Andreassi was recommended to me for follow up on urinary incontinence. He was easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and scheduled a cystoscopy. The staff at St. Helena hospital's outpatient center was kind and caring. The procedure was, as he promised, quick and easy. He gave me immediate feedback. I highly recommend this doctor for anyone who may be embarrassed or hesitant to discuss this topic or have this procedure.
BAD PRACTICE - Cancelled unnecessary procedure at first seen and haven't heard from him for following up appointment. A year later, I was referred to him (with over three months waiting) never heard from him.
