From the first appointment Dr Sengar was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail without making me feel rushed! He took my concerns into account, listened to me and four months later I had surgery (after another doctor in the same clinic told me I would be waiting into the later part of 2025). So happy that I made the switch! Dr Sengar’s receptionist is a breath of fresh air, she is SO lovely! Her kindness, care, compassion and going the extra mile to accommodate was so nice to have during such an unknown time.
The surgeon is incredibly professional and truly cares for his patients. He takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring we fully understand and feel comfortable every step of the way. His approach is reassuring and thoughtful, which makes all the difference. The receptionist is also fantastic—so professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and pleasant. Thank you for such outstanding care!
