He is a very nice knowledgeable pulmonary dr. However, if you have a simple question regarding what medication he prescribed for you, good luck. Have left a message 5 days in a row with no response from him. The message taker wants me to make an appointment. Half hour to Frankfort for a one minute answer. Just call me.
I did not have to wait long. I saw Dr. Jain about 7 minutes after I checked in. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If there is a need, I will definitely go snd see him again.
Dr. Jain is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for over 2 years now. He takes time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed during an appointment. He’s accessible when I need to see him and never takes months to book an appointment like other doctors. When I get sick Im able to see him quickly if I need medications, etc. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but its worth it in my opinion. It’s hard to find a caring competent doctor. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.
Strange office. Nurse doesn’t ask why you are there. Dr doesn’t examine or ask questions. Doesn’t seem to have confidence in his ability. Told me to go to another dr, and I did just that. Hopefully I will find out what is wrong with me!
