Terrible service!! They canceled and rescheduled my sleep study 4 times. Only 1 sleep study tech, also did not release the results after reaching out to send through email. Got nothing, now having to call again to ask for results of sleep study. Smh
Dr. Jain is a wonderful physician. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. I cannot thank him enough for taking such great care of my mom.
He is a very nice knowledgeable pulmonary dr. However, if you have a simple question regarding what medication he prescribed for you, good luck. Have left a message 5 days in a row with no response from him. The message taker wants me to make an appointment. Half hour to Frankfort for a one minute answer. Just call me.
I did not have to wait long. I saw Dr. Jain about 7 minutes after I checked in. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. If there is a need, I will definitely go snd see him again.
Dr. Jain is a great doctor. I’ve been seeing him for over 2 years now. He takes time to listen to my concerns and I never feel rushed during an appointment. He’s accessible when I need to see him and never takes months to book an appointment like other doctors. When I get sick Im able to see him quickly if I need medications, etc. Yes, sometimes there is a wait but its worth it in my opinion. It’s hard to find a caring competent doctor. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.
