Overall service is mediocre. Expect long delays. We arrived 45 minutes early thinking we would get ahead of their normal delays. We ended up waiting an additional 1:15 past the appointment time. 2 hours total in waiting time. A simple we are running late from the admin would have been great. We would have grabbed coffee or food. This is beyond poor service. It’s either incompetence in booking appointments. My eyes are not the same after my cataract removal….I wish I never had them removed….one eye feels like something is in it and the other is blurred and feels like pressure
