Horrible clinic. The staff take some kind of sadistic joy in embarrassing their patients. They make TikTok videos making fun of their patients. Stay far away from from this place.
Wonderful doctor. She is amazingly thorough and has a great demeanor. I believe she is the absolute best..
my wife and I were patients for several years until I became very bad off mentally but couldn't get any response from polo after a month of desperately trying. he effectively abandoned my in my worst state, so we went to someone else until that person retired. I didn't know anyone else and I rationalized that at least polo knew my history. Dr. Greenwald dropped the ball on my wife. Misread a lung biopsy as benign. When I got a second opinion from an expert he immediately saw that the tumor was never hit, aka, clean tissue. He said she was eventually going to die from this. Greenwald said no,, he must be having a bad day, she'll be fine. After that was brought up a pet scan was refused for 3 months, at which time the tumor had grown to my wife's heart. They removed the lung but couldn't get the cancer. Great doctor!
Having cataract surgery done by Dr. Donald Jacobson was the smartest thing I have ever done (ok, if you know me then you know that that bar isn't very high, but he cleared it by miles). Never did I experience any pain or discomfort or anxiety (not easy for me since every moment I am near a hospital I expect someone to attempt to puncture my body with a needle). Dr Jacobson and his staff, from office through surgery, were friendly and helpful. I'm going to miss them. Where once I had a cataract I now have a twinkle. Thanks k... read more
