Dr. Benitez and her staff have always been wonderfully supportive in the eight years I have been a patient of hers. Though I don't see her as much as I once did (fortunately!) it's surprising to see others haven't had good experiences. She is an amazing surgeon and human and I have always felt like I am in the best hands with her has my surgeon, both in the office and on the operating table.
Only called due to my doctors referral. They never answer the phone during office hours. Voicemail is always full and I cannot leave a message. Will not be calling back.
Dr. Benitez was straight forward, kind, and able to get me in for an appointment and schedule my surgery very quickly. My surgery went well and my surgical site looks great and is healing. Her entire Royal Oak office team has been so nice and helpful throughout my diagnosis. Would definitely recommend Dr. Benitez.
I would highly recommend Dr Benites, she gave me all the confidence I needed and I knew it was going to be okay and it was I had operation in 2011 and it's now 2023 and I'm thanks to her I'm still doing Great.
Dr Benitez is obnoxiously rude. Be careful. I visited her for a lump in my breast. I was already anxious and nervous and she went out of her way to be overwhelmingly rude, condescending and obnoxious. Run from her.
