Amazing experience! I have been searching for resources and direction. The Dr. and staff provided so many resources and so much help! I finally feel like we are heard and have a team to help us navigate our new normal! Thank you to the entire staff for being truly AMAZING!
I want to sincerely thank Dr. Papola and her amazing staff. I recently found myself in a stressful situation where I urgently needed a form, and they responded right away and took care of everything. With my child crying and the added stress of being in a clinic, I was already overwhelmed, but their kindness and quick support truly eased my worries. I’m very grateful for the care and compassion they showed me.
Excellent experience. Yes, there is a waitlist because the need in the community exceeds what one doctor can handle. That’s not her fault and it did not affect us in any way. She spent plenty of time with us, was thorough in her explanations, friendly, respectful, and professional. We never had issues with the office staff. They are usually quick to communicate in the app.
I had a wonderful experience during our visit. Macey was outstanding with my son she was patient, kind, and made him feel completely at ease. I also really appreciated having the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Papola without feeling rushed. It meant a lot to be able to speak openly while my son was in another room playing a game, so he didn’t overhear our conversation.
