Excellent experience. Yes, there is a waitlist because the need in the community exceeds what one doctor can handle. That’s not her fault and it did not affect us in any way. She spent plenty of time with us, was thorough in her explanations, friendly, respectful, and professional. We never had issues with the office staff. They are usually quick to communicate in the app.

I had a wonderful experience during our visit. Macey was outstanding with my son she was patient, kind, and made him feel completely at ease. I also really appreciated having the opportunity to sit down with Dr. Papola without feeling rushed. It meant a lot to be able to speak openly while my son was in another room playing a game, so he didn’t overhear our conversation. It’s very frustrating how the front office staff doesn’t care or takes pride in doing their job. I had called the office multiple times and all I get from the person who answers the phone is that she can only take a message of which I had left several of them multiple times during the past 3 weeks. No one returns the calls, no one is available to answer questions there is no customer service whatsoever. The only thing the person can do is take a message. Dr. Papola is amazing! She didn’t immediately put my daughter on medication and we got therapies of different kinds to try first!
