I am grateful that I was able to have dr Hale and her team participate in my care. I have found dr Hale and her team to be professional and knowledgeable. The physician group was empathetic to my needs. The team provided support to develop a plan of care to give me back a quality of life.
Dr Hale was treating my Mother and only made her pain worse. My Mother could barely walk or get out of a wheelchair which she never had to use prior to Dr Hale. We had to beg Dr Hale for pain medication to help relieve her pain. She gave her one pain pill a day. We were treated like we were criminals for wanting pain relief. The first appointment, Dr Hale never even touched my Mom to examine her back, she just went off an MRI. She put my Mom through three sets of injection which did nothing but make her pain worse. Dr. Pamela Hale really has left me with severe pain still for over 3 months because she never looked at my MRI of my back. I went to Rothman Institute to a specialist that really knows his stuff & does look at your MRI. If there was a zero rating, that is what I would rate her.
