Great dentist. Went to her some years ago after being dissatisfied with the service from my previous dentist. She fixed me right up. Very happy with the work done here and all the sanitary measures which have been put in place during COVID. Guides you through the cleanings and makes helpful recommendations.
I had a great experience with Dr. Li and her team! They were all really friendly, professional, and provided fantastic care. During my consultation, Dr. Li was very throrough, providing information about my dental health as well as how my teeth could be causing other issues like headaches. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend Dr. Li and her team.
This is a great practice and I highly recommend it. Everyone is very professional and so friendly. The office is very clean and the staff work together like a real team. Its easy to see that Dr. Li and her staff really care about my dental health, and they are always giving additional tips on things that can be done to maintain a healthy mouth and smile at home.
Being new to Ottawa it was wonderful to find Dr. Li and her staff who were so kind, professional and caring putting one at ease during a dental visit. Dr. Li spent time educating me with x-ray images on what needed to be done to keep my teeth healthy long term which was so valuable. I never felt pressured to get services but well informed to make the best decision for me.
