EMG went smooth, Dr and staff very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Howard is a dedicated and caring doctor as well as an excellent diagnostician. In my experience, she makes time for a thorough assessment that allows her to offer a really solid diagnosis. I find her to be responsive and open to questions. I really trust her recommendations.
I liked Dr. Howard when I saw her. However, in trying to make a follow up appointment, I have not received any responses to the messages I left and no one at this office ever answers the phone. I have called on numerous occasions, always get voicemail, and no one calls back. I am reduced to driving to the office physically to see if they are still in operation.
