Great doctor.
I was Gaslit by Dr. Kasenetz in 2022. Developed a sinus infection, called to get an antibiotic. She told me to see a psychiatrist. Call lasted a total of 5 minutes. It was shocking. Insurance billed $100. Received nothing. Called a different doctor. Got the antibiotics, felt better in a few days. Avoid.
Incredibly rude, aggressive, belittling and unprofessional. 1/10 on bedside manner and overall politeness as a human being.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Kasenetz for years and genuinely look forward to my annual physicals with her - I’m so surprised by the one stars. She’s incredibly personable and makes an effort to build a relationship with you. I also love how thorough she is - not only during physicals, but also during sick visits. I booked for a pap back in February. Receptionist didn't say anything against it. I get in the office and they say they can't. I have to do a physical first. * I don't like okie dokes being pulled on me. It should've been stated before my visit. From there they proceed to do all these lab and blood works and of course since im already there I just go along but definitely feel like I'm being pushed by a slick salesman.
