If I could leave 0 stars I would! I have been going hear since I was a kid, now 45 yr. Old. My daughter and I, our last visit was in late 2022. I call to get our eyes examined and the secretary was very rude and kept insisting that my last visit wasn't since 2019 and that they have never seen my daughter, that she isnt even in the books and on top of that I have to pay $40 for a no-show appointment??? very rude receptionist lady don’t call here. get your eyes examined somewhere else all the workers have no patience here and are very rude.

Our family has been patients at this clinic for 40 years, dating back to when Dr. Downey ran it, and I’m still shocked by how my 78-year-old mother was treated. February 2026, she called Dr. Pamela Bederaux-Cayne and Associates for an urgent eye exam. She had been diagnosed with shingles on her face and needed to confirm it hadn’t affected her eye.
