This was told by Dolores lazzaro dr Rousseau is the first dr to call you back and not the secretary. She talks to you until you understand your problem she is the best had helped me tremendously and I Would recommend her to everyone

I don't think I'll be back. She seemed very timid about a wart! She sent me to s specialist to confirm what she already knew. The other doctor was a complete waste of my time. Rousseau talked me out of removing every growth I wanted removed which was why I went to her in the first place.

I have found Dr Rousseau to be extremely professional and kind. She and Ari have gone out of their way to help my husband when he was sick. I know very few doctors who would reach out to you on a weekend or evening to see how you are feeling. I highly recommend Dr. Rousseau as your family dermatologist.

Never been to this Doctor before..I received a referral from my primary care to see Doctor Rousseau. I called to schedule an appointment to see Dr Rousseau, the receptionist Ary, was nasty, very unprofessional, and rude. She said “I dont have time for you; do you want the address or what?” And then made a slick comment. I could not believe what I was hearing!!!! This left a bad taste in my mouth so I called back and cancelled the appointment. Very bad first impression!!!!!!!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dermatologist. She gets mad when you feel insecure about your acne and expects you to just accept it because there isn’t much she can do. I got lectured about how appearances don’t really matter and to stop being ungrateful because ppl are dying. I’m not sure why she became a dermatologist if she feels like self confidence doesn’t play a part in dermatology. She is very cold and most of all rude. She isn’t up to date on modern approaches to dermatology.

I came to her because I have dark acne marks on my face. Her professional demeanor is brass and cold. She basically scolded me for getting microdermabrasion treatments and said I was not a candidate for" surgical procedures". HUH??? Since when is simple microdermabrasion a surgical procedure? My impression is that she is not educated on modern treatments. She continued to tell me there was nothing in science or medicine that could remove the marks out of my face. She said I needed to move on.

Worst experience of my life! She is as horrible as the plaza her office is in.she puts a fear in you that is totally unnecessary and evil. she says you have cancer, hiv, vaginal herpes without a single test. I had a skin rash under my ribs that was diagnosed as shingles and dr Rousseau said its vaginal herpes and i probably also have hiv or cancer but most likely vaginal herpes. i have had the same partner for 27 years lets just say I thought because of what she said he had to be cheating, not tru

I was overly concerned about a skin condition that I noticed over the weekend. I promptly called the office on Monday morning only to find out that the office was closed that day . After leaving a message, I received a welcomed call back offering to see me that day. I know of no other doctor who would come into the office on a day off to see a patient ! This speaks to her professionalism and level of care. HIghly recommended !!
