I visited Nikoumanesh Eye Care and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I was there for about 15 minutes in total, but spent less than 3 minutes with the doctor. I know I was 4 minutes late, but that still didn’t warrant such a rushed and dismissive experience. It was very efficient and professional. I was surprised at how kind everyone was. The exam was perfect.
I did only 1 of 4 recommended sessions of IPL ($650/session) here and was not satisfied with the care delivered by the doctor. My initial feedback was ignored and she only made contact with me once I cancelled my follow-up appointments. I did not return and found another practitioner with whom I restarted the series. This is an expensive treatment - my recommendation is to not get a $2000+ treatment with a doctor who does not treat you like a $2000+ customer.
Dr. Nikoumanesh is knowledgeable, accommodating, and empathetic. I strongly recommend that you try her office. For years, I saw a few different doctors, but she was the first one to properly diagnose my unique need.
My daughter just completed her exam with Dr. Nik. Dr. Nik is amazing with kids, and my daughter's vision has improved greatly since we started seeing her. She is kind, caring and wants the best outcomes for her patients. Highly recommend!
