My mother went in to see him about her hairloss. I was in the office with her and so was my father. She showed him the area that she was concerned about and he just said that she imagining things because she had white hair in that area...she had white hair on her temples too and she wasn't losing hair there! He helped my son with his problem . He suggested use of a laser ( which was not suggested elsewhere). The results were perfect.

I went to Dr. Fox to remove a birthmark and I was a little nervous. Dr. Fox took the time to explain the entire procedure and what I should expect which really calmed me down. He was gentle and humorous throughout the procedure and there was no scarring at all! I would highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr. Fox several times for my acne and dandruff, and he has always been very helpful. Explaining what exactly acne is and how I can effectively clear it up. I would recommend Dr. Fox because he is in my opinion the best dermatologist in the New York area. In the past I went to a different dermatologist for years, and he just took forever. I recently underwent Fraxel for scarring on my face. From the instant I stepped into the exam room, I was put at ease and all my questions were answered. The treatment went well, and I'm already seeing results after 2 weeks. I'm so glad I chose this practice for my treatment

Not a good experience. Assured the laser that was used would be fine but it left a permanent scar. When I questioned the scar, she mentioned that was not her laser of choice but used that specific laser for insurance purposes A patient that was bothered by a spot would not use a "cheaper laser" that would scar because it was covered. That was a ridiculous response. Never went back!

I went to Dr. Fox for a dermatological problem and wound up getting talked into a laser procedure that I hadn't planned on. It's not that I hadn't thought about it, or didn't need it, it's just that his office looked a like a medicare clinic. I waited over 2 1/2 hours for him to barely utter a word to me about what I came in for, babbling like a fool, and disrespecting my time as if I were only a number to him! The doctor was most patient with my son and me. He let my son ask as many questions as he had prior to treating him with the laser with great results.we would recommend him and the practice.

Dr. Fox was very informative about my condition and what treatments would be best. He gave me options and walked me through each one as far as weighing cost against my expectations. I felt like I could trust him with whichever avenue I chose. His front desk staff were very friendly, even though they were busy and they worked with my schedule as far as getting in for next appointment, even advising me to call in if felt the need to get in earlier (due to the posibities of a cancellation).
