Dr.Rao and her staff have been a blessing to me during my time as a patient. All are very positive when I have appts. and this makes for a complete visit. Thank you Dr. Rao and your staff for helping me as I age.
Dr. Rao is as good as it gets! She is always ready to listen and make sure the diagnosis is accurate. Her staff is friendly and efficient. The best part of her practice is the comfort you feel from knowing that she is going to always be the doctor you see and remembers your health conditions without referring to a chart. I have been seeing her for 12 + years and my entire family sees Dr. Rao. You cannot ask for a more personal experience.
Dr. Rao has great appointment available. She truly listens and works with the network to get your diagnosis correct. Additionally, she is conveniently located and her staff is very helpful.
It’s just strange to me every time i go to the office there is no one else there but two staff. This is one of the worst Drs i’ve ever seen no help what so ever when i go. I will def be finding another Primary care dr
I have been a patient of Dr. Rao for years and I credit her for saving my life at least twice,, this is no exaggeration. Through her extreme thoroughness and knowledge she has kept me not only alive but diagnosed correctly when others have missed it, but to thrive under the care I needed for COPD and Leukemia. I’ve seen her for years because she accepted my insurance. However, I am looking for a new doctor. I have complained to her about my joint pain for years, I even asked if I could have Rheumatoid Arthritis because of the symptoms I’ve had. She said no you don’t have that, without doing any tests or examinations. Finally, after I went to 6 different doctors they found that PT or muscle relaxers or epidural injections couldn’t help. Very polite and competent nursing and admin staff. Dr. Rao is informative and pre-emptive. Never have to wait too long. When I've had issues they get it corrected promptly and call me back to let me know. I live in a different city but remain a patient because I value the care my family receives. I have been a patient for approximately 8 years and I'll remain a patient.
Dr.Rao has been my doctor for about 9 months now. She is very attentive and has an excellent bedside manner.
