My appointment was at 10:30 and I waited for 35 minutes only for her to say that is nothing even when I told her that it hurts sometimes. She was really unprofessional and did not ask me anything. The consultation only last 7 minutes.
5 stars strictly for Dr Rajan. Not for the clinic's staff. Dr Rajan is an exceptional dermatologist. Unfortunately in my experience it is not easy to find one that is knowledgeable and caring. She is. Also I don't need to make separate appointments for each of my skin problems as some other dermatologists requested. I gave 5 stars however 5 stars are strictly just for her. I’ve been visiting Dr. Rajan yearly for the past 10 years. Dr. Rajan is thorough, professional and always interested in understanding my concerns. I’ve had several sunspots painlessly and carefully frozen by Dr. Rajan. Recently Dr. Backstein surgically removed an early cancer spot on my forehead, a painless experience. Aron who manages the office, always calls reminding me of my upcoming appointment with a welcoming and polite approach, helps reduce my anxiety. Excellent care at Dr. Rajan’s office.
