In the past I did like Flagship but my last visit they was supposed to abstract my tooth but told me I could save it and they told me I should receive a refund for the money I paid because no surgery was done. But now they are telling there’s no refund even after knowing they performed no tooth removal. I don’t know why they decided to keep my money. But I’m very upset about it and I do not recommend this place anymore
Bad & lackadaisical
Such a bad impression walking through the door and chose to cancel the appointment and walk out. In the span of about 10 minutes, I observed a small overcrowded waiting room, a patient being treated like a burden, and the practice not having my necessary documentation available which was certainly provided (which in fairness could be a system issue). A special thank you to Flagship staff and Dr. G. My nurse was, I think Haley. I was injured overseas, I received excellent care there and was told to see a maxiofacial specialist upon return. I was/still in a lot of pain and they made sure they could get me in. They reviewed the X-ray and ct scans from Hong Kong, and there were a lot of records from 3 Hong Kong physicians. I had a couple of tooth extractions and didn't hurt a bit and have to go back, was very pleased with my Dr (Dr. "G" of course I was under ). They were very professional (since I use a walker and need help)…
