Excellent doctor, very patient and kind. Takes the time to understand your concerns and provide clear and concise answers to make you feel comfortable
Maybe I wasn’t as lucky as other women, but I had a very bad experience with Dr. Joutsi during my pregnancy and postpartum.
Make you wait for appointments way passed the set time. And then were beyond rude when I asked if next time they could call to at least let me know. Receptionists were beyond rude and not professional at ALL. The doctor himself is unprofessional and compares endometriosis to knee pain (that he had to get surgery on because the pain was so bad) then refuses to do anything. If you actually need help stay away from this place at all costs
Finally got the hormonal help I needed after suffering for many years.
