I have worked full time with Dr Daniel and filled in for Dr. Emily’s hygienist on maternity leave. They are both a pleasure to work with, easy going dentists who are always on the conservative end of their patient’s needs. Both are always willing to work with patients and adjust their treatments accordingly, always taking their valuable time to build rapport with each patient. Their staff in both offices are very friendly and fun but always professional! As a patient and employee I recommend this office.
Horrible experience. Emily Daniel forgot about a patient she had in the other room for over a half hour during my 1st visit for a cleaning and x-rays. This should have been my first red flag but I gave her a 2nd chance and regret my decision. My second visit was very unprofessional. The local anesthetic took a long time to work and when she first started to drill my tooth I felt pain so we stopped and she gave me more. Dr Emily is the best dentist ever. She is very nice and offers excellent service to her patients. I came from a dental office in Smithfield where I experienced horrible treatment. However, Dr Emily was so smooth and I did not feel anything hurt me. She walked me through every step and talked to me throughout my entire appointment. I would highly recommend her.
I had major treatment - crowns done in the office by Doctor Emily. She was very hospitable and did a great job. Her assistant Emily treated me very well, and Anna at the front desk helped me to understand my insurance benefits. And I love my teeth. Everything was great!
I had a few procedures that went fine, though the individuals were talking about politics during them which I would have preferred they not do, but when I received my bill and called to pay the individual on the other end of the phone was incredibly rude. Would not recommend, overall.
