Mr Owen operated on me with the Turp procedure, it was a success, thanks Mr Owen, your a great doctor
Mr Owen Niall is wonderful. Very informative and includes family members in the discussions. His secretary Jill is terrible, no compassion, understanding very cold, rude . I think she has been doing this job too long and needs to move on. Speaks to people like they are stupid. My 3 stars are for Owen. If Jill was more pleasant I would have given 5 stars.
Everyone is very helpful.
