I've been going to doctor Uhrik for 14yrs. I had come from another pain management Doctor that was absolutely horrible. When I first met Dr. Uhrick, he was veryPolite respectful has great bedside manners, prescribes medications that actually do you help those that really need it. The absolute worst. If you need your pain meds, don't go here they will let you go days before taking care of the pharmacy issues, that they know about prior to sending the scripts over. The pharmacy and the patient can't make contact with the office, not by the portal or the phone. It's an absolute joke. The best doctors he had there are all gone and the new lady that's been there the last 6 months or more, she's absolutely horrible. Go ANYWHERE else but here.

The staff sux add!! I called them to refill a Rx at 4pm and said they would get back before 5pm. They are liars and left the office at 4pm. They evidently don't care!!! I've been going there for 8 years and love Dr Urick and his pa Larry fisher if it wasn't for them nothing would get done. Get rid of the dead weight and people who love the job. I don't want to go somewhere else after 8 years but I will if things are addressed. Thank you Dr Urick Nd Jerry!!!

Do not waste your time going to this incompetent Dr and his staff . Facility is dirty and staff is unprofessional. They are happy to take your money but incapable of doing their jobs or returning phone calls . Patients deserve to be treated with respect and this office does not know the definition of respect . Staff does not care .

Dr. Uhrik for some reason said he could not help me, even though I had four spine surgeons stating I needed pain management badly. I went to another pain Doctor and he immediately took me in. Very odd for a doctor to act that way to someone in such need and who had all the documentation and surgeon recommendations.

Staff is clueless and incompetent . Staff will not return phone calls nor can you speak to anyone when you call them . I have been waiting for 2 weeks for anyone to return my phone call. They say they will call you back but its just to get you off their back and then ignore you. Best advice is to go elsewhere where they care enough about your health and well being. There are many other pain clinics that will treat you much better than this facility.

The BEST Dr around and he truly cares for his patients Plus one of the best bedside manners Ive ever witnessed either as a patient or health care professional. Ive been seeing him for 8 yrs and he has done wonders for my pain. He also has an exceptional staff as well especially Larry Fisher his PA.

THIS PLACE HAS REALLY CHANGED-AND FOR THE WORSE. I have been going here for 5 years! When I started out, the Dr and staff really cared. They offered me several options and treatments and some of them worked. They were lifesavers, pulling me from the Hell of chronic pain. Then, when the whole "opioid crisis" occurred and the world became anti every damned drug including pain killers and benzos, this place took a giant dump. at first i was very nervous about taking strong meds but he assured me that if taken according to his instructions i would feel fine he was correct
