Dr. Otto Tidwell gets the job right the first time. He's very meticulous about what he's doing. He explains what he's about to do and why he's doing it. His front desk staff are VERY nice people. Dr. Otto's assistants are VERY well trained for his specialty.
I had 2 teeth pulled on Nov 10 th.The staff are great and Dr. Tidwell was the best and if I could I'd give him and his staff a 10 star rating
Going to Dr. Tidwell's office was a great choice. They got me in for appointments right away, I never waited a long time and my wisdom teeth procedure didn't take long at all. Dr. Tidwell is very intelligent and good at what he does. Staff is helpful and caring. The office is absolutely beautiful. Clean, clean, clean! I would recommend this group to anyone who needs an oral surgeon. Thanks guys!
I was extremely nervous about my appointment I have to admit...but the staff and Dr Tidwell were very professional and helped put my anxiety at ease, he explained the whole process step by step before he did anything . The word I would use was "shock" I couldn't believe how fast Dr Tidwell extracted my broken tooth...I had to ask the nurse if he was done and my tooth was really out lol. I highly recommend Dr Tidwell if you need to have a tooth pulled.
A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO DR.Tidwell & his HIGHLY EFFICIENT, INCREDIBLE, KIND STAFF! I was in SOOOO much pain, so nervous being in a new town & today I had a procedure with Dr. Tidwell that required anesthesia. From the FIRST phone call to walking out the door today, all was INCREDIBLE!! I am NOT IN ANY PAIN right now & this practice prepares you THOROUGHLY!!! I am thrilled & HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Tidwell to all!!! & he even SINGS to you during an extraction if you are awake!!! Pretty Special!!!!
For my first time getting a tooth pulled, it was a great experience and would defiantly go back if i needed something else done. Dr. Tidwell and his staff were very calming, friendly, and full of information. 2 thumbs up !!
Would highly recommend this practice. From check in to check out, everything was great. I've never had such a gentle extraction. Dr. Tidwell sang to me through the whole thing. He is a very caring person.
Just had a extraction today and of course was nervous-staff there were friendly and very professional! Dr. Tiswell was amazing, settled my nerves and sang a tune while extracting-Awesome guy! Highly recommend him
Awesome man!. I got 2 teeth pulled and he was amazing in and out in no time and he sang a little song that actually helped ease my mind a little. I very highly recommend him to anyone.
