When I first came in the lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me I sign in and sat down. then she called me up stated that she needed she need my id and my insurance card I didn’t have my physical card but I had my virtual card she said she can’t take my virtual card this is not my first time coming here the other time I came the lady took my virtual card without a problem I didn’t see what was the problem is this time even though the last time they said I had to pay the next time I come I’m so unhappy I didn’t eve... read more
The staff is trash, even down to the billing manager. Dr. Ferguson is a good doctor, but his staff needs to be replaced. I am speaking of the staff on Jefferson.
