I called to schedule an appt because my insurance stated the provider was in network with my Insurance Amerigroup and I also verified on his personal website the insurances he accepts and that he is accepting new patients. When I phoned the office to schedule an appointment I spoke with a Bonnie who refuse to make an appointment stating she had to check with her billing company. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She never request any of my insurance information to verify. UNACCEPTABLE
